إجازة الأبوة

لا يوجد في القانون نص او حكم بشأن السماح لأباء المواليد بالحصول على إجازة للأبوة.

الإجازة العائلية

لا يوجد في القانون نصوص او احكام متعلقة بالسماح بإجازة الوالدين للآباء والامهات بعد الانتهاء من إجازة الوضع ولا يوجد أيضا إجازة للآباء. 

خيار العمل المرن للعاملين مع أطفال قاصرين و مسؤوليات أسرية أخرى

لا يوجد في قانون العمل اي نص محدد بشأن دعم التوازن بين العمل والحياة بالنسبة للوالدين او العاملين الذين لديهم مسؤوليات عائلية.

إجازات لأسباب خاصة

Workers are entitled to special leave with full salary in certain cases.

For performing the Hajj, they are granted 20 days of leave, which is available once during their employment.

In the event of a worker’s marriage, two weeks of leave is granted once during their employment.

Women are entitled to four months and ten days of leave upon the death of their husband (Iddat leave).

Additionally, workers undergoing academic examinations are entitled to leave for the duration of the exams.

Other than that, the employer may grant special unpaid leave to the worker, as per the conditions outlined in the Executive Regulations.
