كلاوس فيرنر يوهانيس هو سياسي روماني ولد في يوم 13 يونيو 1959 في مدينة سيبيو في رومانيا. أنتخب في سنة 2014 ليصبح الرئيس الخامس لرومانيا بعد سقوط الشيوعية فيها وقد خلف ترايان باسيسكو. تنحدر أصول هذا الرئيس من ألمانيا وهو لوثري المذهب. وقد كان قائداً للجبهة الديمقراطية لألمان رومانيا وثُمَ أصبح رئيساً للحزب الليبرالي الوطني.
